David began taking pictures in 1981, and worked as a professional photographer until 1992. In the course his professional work he has photographed various models, celebrities, weddings, landscapes and still life. Most notable were Nolan Ryan of the Texas Rangers and the heavy metal band Iron Maiden during their Somewhere In Time world tour.

While pursuing his career first as an Architect and then moving into the software business working for companies such as Symantec and Amazon.com David took a fourteen year break from photography. With a sincere desire to get back to his artistic side and encouragement from family and friends, David returned to photography in Jan of 2007.

Now, all digital, David enjoys shooting the beautiful landscapes of the Pacific Northwest and working with models in the area. While his primary focus is fine art images that capture the landscapes and local scenery, David also does portrait work, as well as studio and model work.

David holds a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from Texas Tech as well as a Masters in Computer Science with a Minor in Photography. David is a member of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP) and the Professional Photographers of America(PPA) as well as a Certified Web Professional (CWP) from the International Web Masters Association and the HTML Writers Guild.
